Painting and drawing is my daily food. At times I see myself part of this beauty; at times I am on the outside observing. Art gives me freedom and teaches me love and determination. But it also takes my peace of mind and keeps me in a state of constant anxiety. Even so, art is my passion.
In my earlier work, I was more attracted to watercolor. Watercolor seemed to resemble me, my emotions, my moods. It dries quickly and changes fast, it demands water to come to life again in a new from. Then I discovered another path; oils and other media such as textile colors. I felt that I was part of the colors. To me, each painting meant the beginning of a journey, an adventure. The experience of painting graduating through my fingers as an extraction of the day.
I am always searching, learning, noting, trying, and creating. I love the experience, the colors, the brightness, the texture and the light. This approach gives me tremendous freedom and an incentive to start again on the canvas. In recent years, there was considerable variation in experiences, and I find my art moving closer to the abstract, the symbolic, and the impressionist.
